About Us

The fine arts have always played a fundamental role in Jane’s life, and that informs the aesthetic sense she brings to the firm. Before joining The Art Partnership, Jane worked for 25 years as an interior designer and project manager in the corporate, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. She received her B.F.A. from Kutztown University and a B.S. in Interior Design from Spring Garden College. Whether it’s working directly with clients, artists, or architectural and interior design firms, she brings a wealth of art and interior design expertise to her projects.

In addition to her work, Jane is an active member of the Philadelphia Women in Construction (PWC) and is an accomplished artist working in the media of pastels and oil painting.

With over 25 years of experience in the interior design field, Felisa brings a keen eye to the art selection process as a partner of The Art Partnership, Inc. Having worked and lived in London and Abu Dhabi has broadened both her world view, and the pool of artist resources at her disposal. She received an M.S. in Interior Design from Drexel University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.

When not at The Art Partnership, Felisa is very engaged in her local community and sits on the Jenkintown Library board.

Ellen T. Talmadge has over 12 years of experience in commercial architectural design and project management, and a lifelong appreciation of the arts. Ellen received her B. Arch. from Drexel University, and, while studying in Rome, developed a passion for the integration of art and the built environment. She believes deeply that the beauty and complexity of art, in all forms, is beneficial for the well-being of our work, home, and public spaces. That belief helps her provide clients with curated artwork that is truly integrated with their architecture. Ellen’s continued involvement with the architectural and art communities provides clients with a fresh and current approach to their art needs.

Outside of the office, you can find Ellen exploring Philadelphia, frequenting local flea markets for one-of-a-kind finds, attending architectural tours, or savoring the city’s culinary scene. She also enjoys cooking and traveling the world with her husband.

Michelle West comes to the firm from St. Louis, Missouri where she was an art consultant for 3 years after 7 years in the art and design industry, where she worked to ensure client satisfaction in both the corporate and residential spaces. She holds a B.S. in Interior Design from Missouri State University.

Moving to the East Coast has allowed Michelle to pursue her passion for travel and history. In her free time, Michelle can be found actively exploring her new home, playing with her dog Buddy, and finding the next great show on Netflix.

From her earliest years in her grandmother’s art classes, to her art history studies in college and graduate school, Becki has nurtured a love of art and a passion for bringing art to public spaces. Becki’s experience in non-profit art organizations has allowed her to expand her network of art contacts and hone her project management skills. Becki excels at searching out new artists, designing art programs that will enhance and enliven a spaces, and exceeding clients’ expectations.  

She has a B.A. in Art History and English from Rutgers University, a M.A. in Art History and Museum Studies from Tufts University, and a M.P.S. in Arts and Cultural Management from Pratt Institute. She loves traveling and exploring new places, but more often than not is acting as an Uber driver for her kids.

Kristin L. McHugh is a Pennsylvania certified art education teacher, commercial interior designer and artist with over 25 years combined experience. She graduated from Drexel University with a BS in interior design and a minor in photography. Her technical drawing skills, the visual language that interior designers use to communicate, influence Kristin’s own paintings and is evident in her use of line, shape and space. After years practicing interior design, Kristin furthered her studies in art education at Arcadia University which enabled her to more fully explore the artist’s intention and the viewer’s response to art. Her experience as an interior designer and art educator provides her in a unique perspective for selecting, placing and hanging artwork for The Art Partnership’s clients.

Kristin enjoys spending time with her family in the Adirondacks, the subject of her own artistic inquiry, a hike in the woods and a good audio book. She loves to travel; most recently spending the month of July in Florence indulging in the art and architecture, late night dinners and the Italian Spritz.
