Jane Cary, Partner
The fine arts have always played a fundamental role in Jane’s life. As a partner in the firm, she brings an aesthetic sense to The Art Partnership, Inc. Whether it’s working directly with clients, artists, or architectural /interior design firms, she brings her expertise to each project by incorporating her extensive knowledge of art and interior design.
Before working at The Art Partnership, Jane worked for 25 years as an interior designer and project manager on various corporate, healthcare, and hospitality projects. She received her B. F. A. from Kutztown University and a B. S. in Interior Design from Spring Garden College.
In addition to her work, Jane is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and is an accomplished artist working in the mediums of pastels and oil painting.
Felisa Armento, Partner
With over 25 years of experience in the interior design field, Felisa brings an experienced eye to the art selection process as a partner of The Art Partnership, Inc. She received an M.S. in Interior Design from Drexel University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
Felisa has traveled the world with time spent in London and Abu Dhabi, which has broadened her world view and pool of artist resources. Her solution oriented approach to projects encompasses all budget levels – from stock art to commissioned installations. Through her education, work experience, and travels, Felisa has used her expertise to successfully guide clients through projects from the early planning stages to completion.
Donghee Rosser, Project Manager/Business Development
With a strong background in sales and a B.F.A in Painting from Moore College of Art and Design, Donghee brings a unique perspective to The Art Partnership. For over 20 years, Donghee has been collaborating with interior designers and architects on various projects in the healthcare, education, and corporate markets.
From her work experience, Donghee understands the challenges her clients face and uses her expertise to provide solutions with efficiency and a high level of service. Donghee’s artistic and project management capabilities come together in perfect collaboration to provide customized art programs from beginning to successful completion.
Michelle West, Project Manager
Michelle West comes to the firm from St. Louis, Missouri where she worked as an art consultant for the past 3 years. She holds a B.S. degree in Interior Design from Missouri State University and has worked in the art and design industry to ensure client satisfaction in the corporate and residential areas of the field.
Moving to the East Coast has allowed Michelle to pursue her passion for travel and history. In her free time, Michelle can be found actively exploring her new home, playing with her dog, Buddy, and finding the next great show on Netflix.
Ellen T. Talmadge
Ellen T. Talmadge has over 12 years of experience in commercial architectural design, project management, as well as a lifelong appreciation of the arts. Ellen received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Drexel University, and, while studying in Rome, developed a passion for the integration of art and the built environment. She truly believes that the beauty and complexity of art, in all forms, can be beneficial for the well-being of our work, home, and public spaces.
Ellen provides clients with an artistic experience that is truly integrated with the architectural program of their space. Her continued involvement with the architectural and art communities provides clients with a fresh and current approach to their art needs.
Outside of the office, you can find Ellen exploring Philadelphia, whether by frequenting local flea markets for one-of-a-kind finds, attending architectural tours, or by savoring the city's culinary scene. She also enjoys cooking and traveling the world with her husband.
Growing up in Miami, Louisa developed a love for contemporary art and architecture in the setting of a vibrant culture. She holds a B.A. in Art History from the University of Virginia and studied in both Florence and Rome. After starting her career in New York with a museum services company, Louisa worked at Harper’s Bazaar magazine and later in corporate and non-for-profit event planning where she worked with companies like Donna Karan, L’Oreal USA and Macy’s.
Louisa loves the outdoors and living in Philadelphia and enjoys the incredible museums, galleries and arboreta that are so accessible. She recently has taken coursework at the Barnes Foundation and is active with the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts (PAFA). She is delighted to join the Art Partnership where her communication and listening skills will be a perfect complement to her love of art.
